Correct answer
2

Step-by-step explanation

According to Dalton's law of partial pressures, the total pressure by a mixture of gases is equal to the sum of the partial pressures of each of the constituent gases.

Pi=xiPPi= partial pressure of ith component.xi=mole fraction of the ith componentP = total pressure

Let WH2=40 gnH2=402=20

WO2=60 gnO2=6032=158

PH2=2020+158×2.2

=2020+1.875×2.2

=2021.875×2.2

=2.0114

2.01bar
