The direction of propagation of the electromagnetic waves is along E→×B→.

Also E→·B→=0

When E→ is along -2 i^-3 j^

And B→ is along 3 i^-2 j^

Then E→×B→=-2i^-3j^×3i^-2j^

=4 k^+9 k^

=13 k^ is along +ve direction also E→·B→=0
