Apply Kirchhoff’s Current Law at junction A,
7x−(−20)+4x−(−10)+10x−0 = 0
⇒ x = −1381500 = -10.87 V
Current through 10 v,
i = 4−10.87−(−10) = - 0.21 A
As sign of current is negative so it will flow from positive to negative terminal.
