If 9n+100300<1

9n+100<300

n<2009

n=22

We know that for a number 0x<1, x=0

f(n)=0,  1n22

Again, if 9n+100300<2

9n+100<600

We know that for a number 1x<2, x=1

f(n)=1, 23n55

And, f(n)=2 if n=56

Thus, n=156fn=n=1220×n+n=23551×n+2×56

           =0+23+24+...+55+56×2

          =33223+55+112

          =33×39+112
