Let S=1·30+2·31+3·32+…..+10.39 ....(i)

3S=1.31+2.32……………….+9×39+10×310 .....(ii)

Now subtracting equation (ii) from (i) we get,

-2 S=1·30+31+32…..39-10.310

S=5×310-310-14

S=20.310-310+14=19.310+14
