Let a, 2 be the centre of the circle

Equation of the circle is

x-a2+y-22=a2 

Put  -1,0  in the equation of circle -1-a2+-22=a2

1+2a+a2+4=a2

2a=-5

a=-52

Equation of circle is

x+522+y-22=254

x intercept =2g2-c

=2254-4

=294

=3
